Griffin Park is a gated neighborhood in Lake Mary with Townhomes and Garden Homes. The neighborhood of Griffin Park is located off Longwood Lake Mary Road just South of W Lake Mary Blvd in the Southwest area of Lake Mary. The majority of the Homes in Griffin Park were built from 2018 to 2019 by David Weekley Homes.

Griffin Park is bordered by a protected wetland forest. The community offers a resort style pool, as well as a designated dog park. Lake Mary High School is also nearby, making it a great location for active families.

Griffin Park is only a few minutes from an entrance to I-4, which will take you North to Daytona Beach where it terminates into I-95 or South to Downtown Orlando, past the attractions area to Tampa where it terminates into I-75.
