Getting to help really good friends sell the home that held one chapter of their lives and buy the most beautiful new home for the chapter ahead is something I’ll never take for granted.
Their family is growing and changing. Kids are heading off to college and into life, and they are stepping into a whole new season together. And while I can confidently say this was NOT the smoothest road to get here, we got exactly where we were supposed to be.
There were twists, turns, delays, frustrations, and definitely a few stories that I know we will eventually laugh about. Maybe not today…but one day. 😂

As Shark Week 2026 comes to an end, I just have to say…what a week. 🦈
Thank you to everyone who followed along with our adventure. I have a feeling this is officially becoming a KGV Realty Group tradition.
We celebrated our Q2 top producers by heading out of Cape Canaveral for a shark fishing trip, and it couldn’t have been a better day. Incredible views, lots of laughs, great memories, and yes…we caught some sharks. The biggest of the night? An almost 400-pound lemon shark. 🤯
But the real sharks are the women beside me. They show up every day in one of the toughest businesses there is, working hard for their clients while constantly supporting one another. I’m incredibly grateful not only for everything they accomplish, but for the friendships we’ve built along the way.
