And we’re closing out our weekend trifecta with a story that looks a little different than the first two.

This Altamonte Springs condo has been on the market for a little while. We felt confident in the pricing and positioning, but sometimes the right buyer simply isn’t in the market yet.

Last week, my seller and I had a conversation and decided it was time to pivot. We went through the process of putting the property back on the market for rent and made a new game plan.

And then real estate did what real estate does. 😂

Over the weekend, we received a FULL-PRICE OFFER TO PURCHASE.

Sometimes patience really is a virtue.

I’m so excited for this seller and incredibly appreciative of the trust they’ve placed in me throughout the process.

Another one officially washed ashore at the closing table! 🔑

This gorgeous second-floor beach condo in Silver Sands closed today, and while it’s the end of this chapter for my seller, it’s the beginning of a whole new beach adventure for the buyer.

There’s something bittersweet about handing over the keys to a place filled with memories, but knowing the new owner is SO excited to make it their own makes closing day that much sweeter.

One chapter closes, another begins… and this one comes with sunshine, salty air, and sandy toes. ☀️🌊
